As a sport and martial art, taekwondo is not well-known in Botswana. The Botswana Taekwondo Federation has thus been
formed to educate the people of this country just what taekwondo is all about.
In spite of it relatively recent introduction into Botswana, taekwondo has seen tremendous growth. There is no doubt
that with the support of everyone, including the Government of Botswana, Taekwondo will become the dominant martial art in
Botswana.
